my baby's tooth was shaking and behind it a new tooth was grew but from yesterday the shaken tooth become grey and being painful.is it normal?

Ma’am you should get it removed with the dentist because it is going to harm the permanent teeth and the permanent teeth will also not come in the right place because the temporary is there please consult your dentist I think there’s some problem in the gums otherwise this never happens till the time there is a problem of cavity or some other issue
