Q.
my baby's skin colour is fair but it's neck area is getting tan..and discoloration..and same near thighs... why and suggest cure.

Usually happens when the child is exposed into sun is exposed to sun that you were saying that tan is there because usually it dryness which makes the skin look dark it could probably be due to the products that you are using so I would suggest you currently that you should take an assistance with a dermatologist regarding the issue you are facing
