my baby's rt eye having redness ..now only noticed..what will do? is it ok to put breast milk drops?

it happens because of many reasons like dry eyes, injury, foriegn object fall in eyes , infection etc.
so please clean your child eyes with fresh tap water.
don't apply kajal or anything on your child eyes.
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age.
if your child feel irritation,pain , swelling , itching etc then please consult your pediatrician.
