kindly maintain hygiene of the eyes and clean it with with clean water.
normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again.
use hygienic cloth as well as your hands should be clean when comingd in contact with the child eyes
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. examination is needed in case on eye infection .
do not use any drops witout medical consultation

This medicine that you are mentioning is basically given for seasonal conjunctivitis and allergies you cannot be using it for the child as it is strictly not supposed to be use without Dr’s instructions and under the age of three years it is completely completely restricted so it’s a total No
