Q.

My baby's only head , arm and knee are hot from quite some time...Is this concidered as a fever or wh should a I look out to a doctor for this..? please consult to me

A. it is totally normal for small children to have slightly warm head palms and soles and the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about them
