Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you can use a silicone finger brush to clean the tongue of the baby as well as the teeth you can use the clean wet cloth also if required to clean teeth use cheerio gel if baby iisds big enough to spit

Just ensure and see what suits your baby and go for it. Also check for reviews that you wish to purchase. It may help to get the best.
