my baby's forehad stomach arms feet feels warm whole touching but his temp shown in thermometer is 36.3 to 36.1 degrees Celsius what is this isthmus fever or something else

It’s approximately 97°F which is completely normal this is not even if the temperature in touch is 99°F or if it is more than that then it is calculated fever but right now the temperature is very normal there is no need of any medicine to be given to the child
