My baby's body temperature is 100 is that a normal or wat ? or fever pls tel me doctor

A. It's not normal.. A normal temperature in babies and children is about 36.4C (97.5F), but this can vary slightly. A fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 38C (100.4F) or above. Just breast feed well... Maintain comfortable room temperature,
