Q.
my baby is 13 month old she had a fever since 3 day now her body temperature is 95.7 is this normal or dangerous please Doctor help me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. when you take the ttemperature in the armpit of the child . . with the help of a digital thermometer and if it is 100 f or more then you consider it as fever or when you take the temperature in the oral cavity . of the child and if it is 99 degree fahrenheit then you consider it as fever and then paracetamol is given.

Any Temperature over 99° fahrenheit is considered fever below that as of now whatever temperature that you mentioned is absolutely normal body temperature for the child so need not worry about it if the fever is on the higher side then it is going to cross 102° fahrenheit that is definitely a matter of concern but up till hundred degrees or 101° it is considered or normal fever
