Q.

my baby's birth weight was 2.8kgs. now she is 4 months old and her weight is 5.5 kgs. is it the correct weight gain for 4 months old?

A. Yes it is an excellent weight gain a minimum weight gain for four months should be approximately 2 kg your child has gained more than that so that is a very good and healthy weight gain that your child is having so I would say continue feeding in the similar manner and pattern to the child
