his birth weight was 3.2 kgs. 2 days back his weight was 4.75 kg.. today it is 5 kgs..is the weight gain okay? anything to worry

baby should gain atleast 500 gram weight per month and should be double the birth weight by 5 months
exclusively Breastfeeding till 6 months complete
