My baby’s birth weight was 2.400gram… Now she is 3 months 27 days old… what is expected weight now?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, if your baby’s birth weight was 2.4 kg, then the weight after 4 months should be around 4.4 kg. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can expect your child weight be around 5 kg approximately and please note w that if the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain which means the baby is getting sufficient breast milk and nothing to worry
