Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! There should be a minimum weight gain of 400gms in a month. It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion and triples by one year completion. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Good luck and take care.
