my baby's birth weight is 2.16kg and at present 3 months 27 days old is weighing only 3.8kg.. what should I do? He is completely on breastfeeding

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. yes good baby is completely on breast feeding.. it is recommended to exclusively breast feed till six months..
babies will gain around 500-700g per month..
double the birth weight around 4-6months and three times birth weight at completion of one year..
