Q.
My baby's age is 8months. recent 4-5 days his stool very very hard. he gives very much pressure to come out the stool. what can i do? I give him banana, khichdi, cerelac, breastmilk.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Start giving fruits like papaya pear mango and prunes and give liquids to the baby more like water coconut water and add spinach in khichdi and add desi ghee in meals of the baby
