the stool she passes is dry and hard. she has to put lot pressure while passing the stool. please suggest

Its Probably due to lack of water in the body when the body has too much of dehydration you can see a lot of times the motion of the child is very very hard so I’m just going to advise you to increase the amount of water and take on fibre rich diet for the child
