#AskTheExpert Hi, my 21 months boy child's stool is very hard from 6months of age. I used to think it will change when he grows, but its same going on. He also gives too much pressure while taking out. Is this a problem or i am oveethinking. He drinks a lot of water also. But this hard stool is same. Please reply. Thank You

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear good morning try to include some fibre food options in the diet avoid using the processed food and the packaged food for the baby fibres will be in the foods like seasonal fruits and vegetables don't make use of suji and Maida too often for the baby make use of multigrain
