A. Some vaccines are not available at govt hospital hence need to be taken from private hospital And painless option is not available at govt places Give all vaccination on time Follow IAP immunization shedulde chart for vaccination painless vaccination have less side effect to the baby like fever pain and swelling at vaccination site and is having the same effect as that of painful vaccination just pain less vaccination have more cost as compared to painful vaccination you can go with any vaccination painless or painful both are good ks

A. When compared to painful whole-cell vaccines, painless variants reduce post-vaccination side-effects like pain, swelling and fever but also provide reduced immunity. The protection provided by Painless Vaccines lessens quicker than those of painful counterparts.
