Q.
my baby s 1 year old now .still am breast feeding when he s demand. but I feel milk supply getting low am eating non veg and veggies and all water but there s no leak as befr some time I feel very abt that can anyone suggest is this normal baby biting much now teething phase might be I thought

you can use silicon based nipple shield while feeding your child..
as teeth are erupting you can now start giving semi-solid diet like mashed vegetables, fruits, pulses, dalia, boiled eggs

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Use Babyhug teether to reduce teething discomfort.
