A. Hello mom Sometimes it happens at the time of giving bath to your baby so you have to clean your babies tongue as soon as you can. Rather than this there is nothing to worry about. But if you notice any changes in babies are feeding behaviour than in such case you have to consult with your doctor about it otherwise there is nothing to worry about
