my baby premolar is just erupting blackish at corner. is it because of iron drops which she is taking from last one year?

Yes it can be because of that. Now you baby is one year four months old so you can also start brushing your baby’s teeth. You can use fluoride free toothpaste to brush your baby’s teeth. Fluoride free toothpaste are totally safe and very effective so you can use it regularly
