Q.

My baby prefer bottle feeding than breast feeding, also my breast milk coming out in drops only so every one around me say that I have low milk supply. How to increase milk supply and is it possible that my baby will prefer breast feeding.

A. avoid botttle exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ) also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles breastmilk the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation specialist. Continue to exclusively breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
