papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation.
still no improvement, consult paediatrician

Hello ma’am That is mostly due to constipation so I would advise you to start giving a lot of water to your child on an every day basis to maintain hydration and you can give a teaspoon of honey to your child with warm water right before you put your child to bed. These things are really important and give good amount of fibre rich diet to your child
