Q.

My baby pooped at night in her diaper and we noticed it this morning as we were usually changing nappy , we don’t know when she must have pooped . Feeling very scared

A. that's fine children can pass stool any time change diaper more frequently there is no problem in making the child wear diaper throughout the day but the important thing would be that it should not cause skin allergy as well as you have to change it frequently before urine accumulation causes perianal rash. that means diaper has to be changed according to the urinary frequency of the child you can apply coconut oil before making the child wear diaper which will help in decreasing the chances of rash .
