Q.

My baby passed yellow urine this morning .is this due to dehydration as i also passed yellow urine as i drank less water yesterday

A. continue breastfeeding at regular intervals to maintain good hydration and keep a watch over the urine output Mother's milk is complete food for the baby . The initial portion is watery that takes care of hydration and the later portion that is creamy and rich in facts will provide then necessary nutrition. So there is no need to give even water . Try to exclusively breastfeed the baby for first 6 months after birth.
