my baby of 9 months is having a hard time pooping since it is too hard and she refuses to take water frequently. what can I do to help her pass soft stools without pain?

A. try to offer your child water with the help of feeder or sipper cup. give more of fiber rich food, fruits n veggies to avoid constipation. do tummy massage. o k
