kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3- 3.5 years.

What do you need to do about it you don’t have to do anything and you cannot do anything about it a child will have its teeth when it has to come it will start any time between the age of 3 to 17 months your child has already started having teeth it’s a good sign
