My baby not talk now in age of 3 yr...he just say papa,ma,no is it a problem?

If your child isn’t speaking till the age of three years also it’s a delay in reaching the milestone I think it’s a good time for you to visit a speech therapist to get your child examined by the doctor to know if there’s any therapy which is going to be helpful in making the child’s speech better over the period
