My baby is three yr old. she can speak only 1 to 10 and A to Z. But she doesn't talk to us or calls us ma and papa. I try to make her write but she is not interested. Other kids talk almost fluently at this age but I try alot to make her talk but she babbles in her own language but is still unable to talk .
