My baby not looking at me and don’t look we’re sound comes. Is this normal he is 3 months old.

Q. My baby is only 4 months old. He is looking at people and smiling. Looking at the direction of the sound but sometimes it does not look at the sound. Trying to grab a toy but sometimes not even looking at it. He looks at the people and makes a hu hu hu sound. But sometimes looking at one side makes a hu hu sound.
