RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Give a balanced diet give proper protein proteins in the diet start giving all the family foods like Roti sabji everything to the child which would be benefiting you can also give egg yellow chicken and fish which would be healthy for your child
