Give 3 large portions and 2 small snacks in a day. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet. Keep changing the menu so that the child will taste different foods and flavours. Check for any vitamin deficiency in your child.
