my baby not eating food. like rice other daily food.she offers only fruits .this happen after fever only.how to improve kindly give suggestions pls

Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in thfsis. Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
