my baby nearly 2 years fever since yesterday, we gave paracetamol and antibiotic, still she looks dull, tongue had heat bubbles redness

Your child is having fever so for that you are giving paracetamol what are you giving this antibiotic for you have not mentioned that you are giving antibiotic for a particular reason is it I having any infection or something that you have not mentioned And when you give antibiotics just like that the liver of the childWrite Your Answer Here
