Is balaprashanam drops cause heat in body it cause fever I have 2.6 yrs old boy I am giving daily one drop for a week he got fever now he ok but he looks dull and sleepy is this ok

No I don’t think so it is going to make the child sleepy and discomfort it’s completely safe to be given to the child if your doctor has suggested you to give it then you continue with it but if you haven’t consulted your doctor yet then you should take a break from it
