My baby making a weird breathing sound while playing and when he gets excited… is it normal

A. hello sometimes nsal block nay cause some noiy breathing and use saline nasal drops whne needed for the baby and steam may be done with plain water 2 ti 3 times a day

Q. Hii i have 4 months old baby boy, he has some problem like occure a sound when he feeding, excited, playing except sleeping time.
