Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. when you take the temperature in the armpit of the child with the help of a digital thermometer and if it is 100 F or more then you consider it as fever or when you take the temperature in the oral cavity of the child and if it is 99 degree fahrenheit then you consider it as fever and then Paracetamol is given
This can occur due to weather changes or simple cold
kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it doess not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
