The only query is if we cover her head to protect from cold and she sweats inside, will that increase cold chances further?

usually it is normal among young babies as they have more sweat glands then we adults have.
please dress your child in weather appropriate clothes but please don't overdress your child.
keep your child in well ventilated room.
but if your child feels discomfort while sleeping, feeding or breathing because of it then please consult your pediatrician.
