my baby just swallowed a silicone ear bud an hour ago. he is not showing any signs of suffocation. shall I still take him to the hospital or will it pass?

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination ojvr assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guihde you accordingly for this .
