My baby isn’t gaining weight every week my baby birth weight 3.4 kgs now he is 2 month 13 days he is only 4.5 kgs what to do he is feeding every 2 to 3 hours

If baby having feed frequently check if feed is sufficient if baby tummy doesn't full, crying even after feed not sleeping continuously , demanding feed frequently , peeing less than 7-8 times a day then feed is insufficient.. Have more water,rusk, bread toast, papaya, chikoo, garlic, garlic milk, poppy seeds, saunf water, ajwain water to improve milk... Sleep 14-17 hours is must as sleep impacts growth harmone,do massage daily which helps in relaxation, soothing tones muscle , induce sleep..
