My baby is4 months old . He has developed urticaria . Please suggest hone remedies as well as any medication if required

A. fiest try to find out allergent and avoid it. apply coconut oil on her skin. or can apply aloe vera gel. on itichy skin. avoid harsh and chemical skin care products.
