my baby is vomitting yellow need answer urgently what to do she is 3 months old

but doctor say don't panic it's normal cough after give me 3 Drops bottle now my baby is good

It Maybe a little bit of cough that is coming out into the vomit of the child or your child is applying too much of pressure while vomiting which is why this may be happening but still as of now don’t worry about it it’s nothing to be scared about you can get a check with your doctor tomorrow
