my baby is very thin her weight is 9.5 kg her birth weight 3.5 kg how she gain weight

A. Dear mum, do not worry if your baby is active and achieving all growth milestones. For healthy weight gain, give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds, walnuts and dry fruits like raisins, dates to baby’s diet. At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time.
