my baby is very thin her activities are good but not gaining healthy weight what I do

A. hi..since baby is just too months old just keep exclusively breast-feeding your baby for the first six months. breastmilk is the best food for your baby and will help build up immunity as well as gain weight. babies should double their birth weight by the time they are five months old and triple their birth weight by the time they are one year old. Babies generally gain 400 to 500 grams of weight per month after birth. So your babies weight is normal.
