Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Get your kid to vent their anger on a punching bag or shout into a pillow till the urge to get violent passes off. Try to get your kid to talk about why they are feeling so. This shows them that you are responding to their needs instead of just reacting. They realize that you are letting them express their feelings instead of simply judging them first.
Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Tell your kid to take a break or a timeout by going to their room till they calm down. Make him sit down quietly until his anger dissipates. Teach your kid breathing exercises and counting from 1 to 10 can help to calm them down.
