My baby is very lean even when he completed 9 months. He is feeding 3 meals a day and drinking milk too. Any reason why?

Well sometimes you do nutritional deficiency also the weight gain is not proper as it is supposed to be even after eating and drinking well so if you require you can check with your paediatrician they can help you with right supplements to follow for the child
