Q.
My baby is feeding hardly 2-3 times in a day. He is 7 months old and after 8 days he will be completed 8 months. He is having 3 meals in a day. So is it normal? Or I should offer him formula milk or cow milk? How much milk we should give baby at this stage?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, having 3 meals a day is absolutely normal for 7 months old baby boy. The quantity of each meal can be half katori. Breastfeed baby in between and on demand. Do not give formula. You can use cow milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer.
