My baby is Underweight..she refused to eat all the time . 2years n 11, month n Weight is Only 12. .5 Is she suffering from Gas trouble

Hello mom not to worry as every individial have their own capacity , so avoid to force feed, make sure that what ever is provided to the child is healthy and filling, try to improvise and present in different ways and forms as well as far as the child is active for age and eating not to worry
