my baby is two years three months old since three she is not eating anything rejectibg evrything whatever she eats vomits used domstal ,pcm but no use please help what might be the reason for rejecting the food and vomiting

could be an infection as such , as she is not able to tolerate the food as such.
so you could probably prefer to get her to the dr
avoid force feeding
give her fluids such as coconut water , ORs , lemon water , saunf water etc so that she is hydrated .
offer her fruits
