My baby is two months old and have slightly cold for two days and used nasoclear for one day. But still nose blockage didn't get cleared. Any other suggestions to clear nose blockage?

A. Not just one day use it for three days and start giving indirect steam to the baby by using a vaporizer and keep head little elevated while sleeping and roast some ajwain on tawa and make a potli and keep it close to the baby
